The beginning

Happy Scoot, parent brand of ROLL AND GO, was founded in Brest in 2012 by people who were passionate about mobility and technological innovation. The company initially aimed to create alternative, accessible and practical transport solutions to meet the growing needs of urban mobility. This know-how naturally led to the expansion towards solutions adapted to professionals with the creation of the ROLL AND GO brand.

Launch of ROLL AND GO

In response to growing demand for mobility solutions for professionals, Happy Scoot has launched the ROLL AND GO brand. This brand of electric transporters is specially designed for intralogistics environments, such as industrial sites, hospitals and agro-industrial sites. ROLL AND GO vehicles facilitate the mobility of employees and equipment, chelping to reduce difficult work conditions and improve efficiency.

All the productsare manufactured locally in Brest, France, guaranteeing a high quality ‘Made in France’. At the heart of our manufacturing process at ROLL AND GO, our production and assembly team ensures that each electric transporter meets the strictest quality and safety standards. Made up of highly qualified professionals, this team is essential to the creation of efficient and innovative mobility solutions for professionals.

 

Three welder and boilermaker experts :

    • Role : They are responsible for manufacturing the frames and metal structures of electric transporters. Their expertise guarantees the robustness and durability of our products.
    • Skills : Advanced skills in MIG, TIG and arc welding, strong experience in metal fabrication and reading technical plans. Their precision and know-how ensure frames that meet the highest safety standards.

The assembly expert :

    • Role : Responsible for the final assembly of the electrical transporters, he integrates all the components manufactured by the welders-boilermakers as well as the electronic and mechanical elements.
    • Skills : In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, strong attention to detail, and responsibility for quality testing before shipment.

Manufacturing and assembly procedure :

  • Manufacturing : Cutting, forming and assembling metal parts to create the basic structures of electric transporters.
  • Quality control : Rigorous inspection of each frame to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Assembly : Assembly of components, including electronic systems, motors, batteries and safety accessories.
  • Final tests : Checking the operation and safety of each transporter before shipment.
